The move leaves Eniro, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, with a single business: digital marketing for small and medium-sized enterprises across the Nordic region.

The terms: Servana will pay SEK 50 million in cash on the closing date, planned for August 12, 2026. The remaining SEK 52 million takes the form of a vendor loan note with a 24-month term.
By the numbers: Dynava generated net sales of SEK 318 million in 2025 and EBITDA of SEK 12 million, a margin of just under 4%. It accounted for roughly a third of Eniro Group's SEK 955 million in total 2025 sales and about 600 of its 900 employees.
What's the endgame? Eniro keeps its Nordic digital marketing platform, built around the Robin brand, with operations in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway. Management now plans to direct all capital and attention there — the area where Eniro intends to grow.
Why now? "We have operated two different businesses under the same roof for many years," said Hosni Teque-Omeirat, president and chief executive officer of Eniro Group. "One of them requires an owner with customer care as its core focus in order to progress."
The signal: The sale is a clean split between two divergent models — a people-heavy customer service operation and a digital marketing platform. For Servana, folding in Dynava's 600-strong workforce signals a bet that AI can reshape the customer service work Dynava has long done by hand.
