Shareholders were offered 5.33 newly issued WPTG shares plus SEK 10.00 in cash per Aixia share.
The terms. A total of 1,519,737 Aixia shares were tendered — 100,000 A-shares and 1,419,737 B-shares. WPTG will issue about 8,100,198 new shares as consideration, with settlement expected to begin around 26 August 2026.
Why now? WPTG launched the offer on 1 June 2026 and held no Aixia shares beforehand. Crossing the 90% threshold clears the path for the next steps.
What's the endgame? With more than 90% of shares and votes secured, WPTG intends to start compulsory squeeze-out proceedings under the Swedish Companies Act for the 56,263 B-shares still outstanding.
