What each side does: West Palm Beach-based ONE Nuclear develops large-scale energy infrastructure for AI data centres and industrial energy campuses. Amino advises on project development, site selection, permitting, and community engagement across power generation, transmission, data centres, and integrated energy parks.

Why now? The deal precedes ONE Nuclear's planned NASDAQ listing. The company says folding in Amino's methodologies and pipeline will speed up its route to first revenues.

The hire: Hansmeyer brings 28 years directing energy, water, and digital infrastructure projects in North America, with responsibility for over 50GW of capacity.
