Pettus merges with Sylvan Group

Pettus brings capabilities spanning HVAC fabrication, industrial piping, plumbing installation and ductwork to Sylvan's North American MEP platform.

Pettus co-owners Tony Robertson and Grover Johnson will remain involved as equity owners, while the company's leadership joins Sylvan Group's executive leadership team. The transaction value was not disclosed.

Why it matters. The partnership expands Sylvan's geographic reach and technical capacity across commercial, industrial, government and mission-critical markets.
