The Vancouver-based company issued an update on 11 August 2026, as governments and airports reassess drone response.
What does DomeCommand do? The platform targets the response-coordination layer of counter-drone defence — where sensor data is fused, engagements planned, and assets directed. It combines a deterministic solver that computes optimised engagement plans, AI reasoning agents for explainable judgement, and an evidence-linked audit trail behind every decision.
Why now? German authorities are investigating an explosives-equipped drone found at Leipzig/Halle Airport, one of Europe's largest cargo hubs. The discovery disrupted operations and triggered a national security investigation, with officials calling it a "new quality of danger", according to Reuters.
Inturai was not involved in the incident and has no connection to it. No party involved has evaluated or endorsed the company or DomeCommand.
What's the endgame? Inturai argues that threat detection and threat response are distinct capabilities, and that much of the sector's activity focuses on detection hardware, effectors, and drone services. It contends the operational gap now sits in the response layer — the part DomeCommand addresses.
