The structure. The facility includes a US$200 million loan for the EBRD's own account and a further US$50 million syndicated to FMO Entrepreneurial Development Bank.

What it means. The loan's sustainability-linked performance indicators include increasing renewable electricity use, reducing single-use plastic through reusable crate systems and improving women's representation in management.

Why now? The financing supports A101's capital structure and the CarrefourSA transaction while tying the facility to environmental and social targets.
