euShipments.com buys Slovak fulfilment operator with €23M revenue
What's the deal? Bulgaria's euShipments.comDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired 100% of Slovak fulfilment operator FHB GroupDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a company with more than €23 million in revenue, roughly 200 employees, and two logistics centres spanning nearly 50,000m². Financial terms were not disclosed.
What's the endgame? Founded in Ruse, euShipmentsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → runs cross-border fulfilment for online retailers. Buying FHB Group — which handled about 2.7 million shipments for around 200 clients in 2025 — significantly boosts its own capacity in Central Europe.
Why the infrastructure matters: The two centres near Bratislava use automated packing lines, sorting systems, and conveyor technology. One is currently being expanded and, once complete, will be among the most modern fulfilment centres in Europe, according to the company.
FHB Group, founded in 2008, manages the full logistics process for e-commerce sellers — from receiving, sorting, and storing goods to picking, shipping, and returns.
What's the benefit? The added local capacity should let more online retailers reach shoppers across Central and Western Europe faster. "We will provide even smarter fulfilment solutions and help our clients be more competitive and grow more successfully across Europe," said Svetlozar Dimitrov, co-founder and chief executive officer of euShipments.com.
Not the first move: Slovakia is familiar territory. In 2024, euShipments.com acquired Swiss Point DataDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, later rebranded euShipments SlovakiaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The new deal adds physical capacity in the region.
Expanding wider: In 2026, the company announced a new fulfilment centre in Vienna, and by the end of 2026 it plans to add centres in two more markets outside the European Union. Its network spans over 27 European countries, giving retailers access to more than 60 courier companies and over 800 delivery methods.
The signal: The acquisition reflects steady consolidation in European e-commerce logistics, as fulfilment providers race to add automation and local capacity to cut delivery times and win cross-border retail clients.
