The announcement follows positive Phase I results in chronic ischaemic stroke and regulatory milestones for hNPC01, including Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy and Fast Track designations from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The FDA has also cleared two new investigational new drug applications and granted Fast Track status for chronic motor dysfunction linked to haemorrhagic stroke and traumatic brain injury.
