Benefit Systems buys Bella Line fitness chain, doubling its clubs in one Polish region

Why now? Expanding its own network of fitness clubs remains a core part of the company's strategy. Benefit Systems aims to grow its infrastructure at least as fast as its sports card sales.
"Jednym z filarów naszej strategii jest utrzymywanie tempa rozwoju sieci klubów na poziomie co najmniej odpowiadającym dynamice wzrostu sprzedaży kart sportowych," said Marek Trepko, the board member responsible for developing the fitness base in Poland and abroad.
What's the endgame? Bella Line concentrates its business in Toruń and Bydgoszcz, the region's two largest cities. Its clubs offer training zones, group classes, personal training, wellness areas with saunas and jacuzzis, and family facilities including children's zones.
The Bella Line purchase is Benefit Systems' second acquisition in 2026, following its takeover of the Fitness for LifeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → chain. At the end of the first quarter of 2026, the group ran 578 fitness clubs, more than 290 of them in Poland.
The signal: Benefit Systems is consolidating regional fitness operators to keep pace with demand for its MultiSport cards. Buying established local chains lets it expand faster than building clubs from scratch, tightening its grip on Poland's fitness market.
