Qualco acquires 50.1% of Multiverse

QualcoDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired a 50.1% stake in Multiverse, a Greek consultancy focused on European innovation funding and project lifecycle management.

The transaction includes an initial payment of €0.9 million, an earn-out of up to €1.35 million and a €0.15 million capital increase, for a potential total investment of up to €2.4 million.

The deal gives Qualco access to Multiverse's advisory and AI platforms, as well as its presence in Athens, Vilnius and Brussels. Multiverse works across areas including health, energy, transport, environment and defence, and supports access to European innovation programmes.
