Nanox raises $8M in registered direct offering to fund operations

What's the deal? Nanox (Nasdaq: NNOX) has priced an $8 million registered direct offering of 8,000,000 ordinary shares, or prefunded warrants in lieu of any portion, together with warrants for the purchase of up to 8,000,000 ordinary shares. The combined price is $1.00 per share and accompanying warrant, with closing expected on August 7, 2026.

Why now? Nanox said it intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. The securities are being offered through a takedown from the company's shelf registration statement on Form F-3.
