Norfund backs Texplast with $15M debt for Kenyan aseptic packaging plant

The expansion: Founded in 1971, Texplast serves food, beverage, agriculture, construction and consumer-goods customers across East and Central Africa. Its recycling division turns worn-out reusable bags into raw materials for new ones, and the company supplies roughly 500,000 reusable bags a month to CarrefourDealroom has a profile for this one.
