What changes? About 350 JJ-LAPP employees will join LAPP's global structure of more than 5,700 staff. LAPP says it will preserve local market knowledge across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia while expanding service capabilities.
Why now? Southeast Asia is drawing heavy investment in AI-driven data centers, automated manufacturing, and renewable energy infrastructure. Those developments are fuelling demand for specialised cables that can withstand the region's tropical conditions.
