The product. MiiHealth's DAINA (Dynamic AI Intake and Navigation Agent) calls patients before appointments, conducts a multi-turn clinical intake interview in the patient's preferred language and writes a structured note directly into the electronic health record. The company says the tool returns more than two hours a day to providers otherwise spent on repetitive questioning and manual documentation.

Why now? The funding will expand MiiHealth's engineering and AI teams, broaden DAINA's specialty protocol catalogue, deepen its clinical reasoning and safety checks, accelerate integrations with major records systems and support commercial and customer-success teams.
