Clínica Las Condes closes $84M capital raise

What's the deal? Chilean healthcare provider Clínica Las Condes (CLC) has completed a capital increase, raising 80.12 billion pesos (about $84 million) in post-IPO equity. The company said it subscribed 100% of the shares offered across two preferential option periods and a final auction.

How it came together: Shareholders approved the raise at an extraordinary meeting on January 30, 2026. The first option period, which closed on June 9, subscribed 88.7% of shares offered for 70.971 billion pesos.

A second period added 8.125 billion pesos, and an auction on the Santiago Stock ExchangeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → raised a further 1.022 billion pesos — at a weighted price of 11,326 pesos per share across the two lots sold.

What's the endgame? CLC plans to keep investing in infrastructure, technology, innovation, and talent, all part of its 2026–2030 strategic plan. "We appreciate the support received in this process, which reflects the confidence in the transformation path CLC is on," said general manager Pablo Yarmuch.

The signal: The full subscription points to steady investor confidence in a listed operator turning fresh equity directly into capacity and technology — a signal that established Latin American healthcare names are choosing public markets to fund long-term reinvestment.
