Why now? The deal is the first for Gorgeous Collective since it launched in July 2026. It marks the platform's entry into the professional skincare category.

Founded in 2015, Clean Your Dirty Face offers 30-minute facials using a standardised five-step protocol, alongside an in-house, esthetician-formulated product line. Its franchise model runs on recurring membership revenue, low operational complexity, and multiple revenue streams.

What's the endgame? Gorgeous Collective's strategy is to partner with category-defining beauty and wellness franchises that have room to grow. Clean Your Dirty Face will keep its name, brand, and current team, while tapping the platform's centralised infrastructure across technology, marketing, franchise development, real estate, construction, and supply chain.

"Clean Your Dirty Face is exactly the kind of brand we built Gorgeous Collective for," said Jason Olsen, chief executive officer and founder of IMAGE Studios. "Our role is to help accelerate that growth through the shared infrastructure, operating expertise, technology, marketing, and franchise support capabilities we are building across the platform."

Founder Shama Patel said joining the platform lets the brand "stay true to that vision while providing a deeper bench of support behind its franchisees and its team."
