FEI Systems, a 27-year-old provider of cloud-based Medicaid and human services technology, adds strength in long-term services and supports, home- and community-based services and behavioural health.
What's the endgame? The combined portfolio covers eligibility, assessments, provider management, claims processing, care coordination and case management. Acentra says the merger positions it as one of the industry's most comprehensive partners for government healthcare modernisation.
