Try Dealroom →, a claims technology company with operations across Europe, the APAC region, and North America. Financial terms were not disclosed.

What does each side bring? 360Globalnet's flagship is SiteView, a no-code platform for digital claims handling that lets insurers automate processes, run digital inspections, and analyse unstructured data without heavy software development. Keylane provides scale, operational maturity, and market position to accelerate the platform's international growth.

Why now? The deal targets rising demand for digitised claims. "Claims handling is becoming an increasingly crucial part of the customer experience," said Keylane chief executive officer John Reynders, adding that insurers face pressure to offer faster, more transparent, and more digital claims journeys while cutting operational complexity.

What changes? The 360Globalnet team stays on in its current form and will continue supporting and developing the platform under Keylane. The 360Globalnet brand will gradually transition to Keylane, while the product remains on the market as "SiteView, a Keylane product."

SiteView can be deployed modularly and integrated with existing core systems, including Keylane's own Axon platform. "The scale, reach, and operational expertise of Keylane give us a stronger foundation to invest in SiteView and pursue new international opportunities," said James Harding, chief operating officer at 360Globalnet.

The signal: The acquisition reflects insurers' push to modernise claims without large transformation projects — and it hands Keylane specialist no-code technology to broaden its proposition and compete for that demand internationally.
