What's the endgame? The company develops and produces orthogonal 90-degree miniature reducers. Its core product is a miniature toroidal enveloping worm gear reducer, which integrates speed reduction and angle-turning functions into a single structure for smaller, higher-precision power transmission.

Why now? Talls plans to use the funds for product research, production line expansion, and market development in robotics.

The signal: Precision components such as reducers and joint modules are foundational to humanoid and industrial robots. Backing from state-linked and regional investors points to continued Chinese appetite for the hardware layer underpinning the robotics push.
