What's the deal? EnformionDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired KevariDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a provider of fraud detection and investigation tools for financial institutions. The deal pairs Enformion's identity graph — more than 120 billion records covering 98% of the US adult population — with Kevari's expertise in new-account and account takeover fraud. Terms were not disclosed.
What each side brings: Enformion supplies the identity data. Kevari adds a fraud intelligence network and machine learning models trained on real-world fraud signals.
What's the endgame? The combined company aims to cut the cost of fraud management with a single platform that detects and prevents fraud while reducing false positives and onboarding friction.
Why it matters for customers: Kevari's tools are embedded in more than 6,500 financial institutions through channel partnerships, including community banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders. Enformion says the deal strengthens its ability to serve those markets.
What they're saying: "Fraud is evolving quickly, and institutions need partners who can evolve with them," said Chris Lundquist, chief executive officer of Enformion. Kevari president and chief executive officer Adam Elliott said joining Enformion gives it "access to some of the deepest identity intelligence assets in the market."
The signal: As account takeover and synthetic-identity fraud grow, fraud-prevention vendors are consolidating data and detection under one roof — betting that richer identity intelligence, not point tools, will define the next wave of defence for banks and fintechs.
