Demark Precision raises $58M Series C to scale robotics hardware

What's the deal? Demark (Zhejiang) Precision Technology has raised 420 million yuan ($58 million) in a Series C round led by Furong Investment. The Zhejiang-based maker of high-precision components will use the funds for process research, production capacity and market development.

What does it do? Founded in 2016 in Changxing County, Huzhou, Demark supplies high-precision parts, structural components and functional assemblies. Its main customers are semiconductor, photovoltaic, wind-power and heavy-industry equipment makers.

Why now? The new capital directly targets robotics-related precision hardware. Demand is rising for reliable domestic suppliers of structural and functional components in embodied intelligence and automation equipment.

What's the endgame? Demark runs constant-temperature plants exceeding tens of thousands of square meters and covers welding, stress-deformation control, micron-level machining and surface treatment. It reports delivery acceptance rates above 99% on tight-tolerance work and holds provincial specialized and innovative enterprise status.
