Moov Leasing lands €187M syndicated loan, lifting funding capacity 70%
What's the deal? Moov Leasing has secured a €187 million syndicated credit facility to expand operational leasing in Romania. The debt refinances a €110 million syndicated loan signed in 2025 and raises the company's funding capacity by more than 70%.

What's the endgame? Founded in 2022, Moov runs a digital platform for operational leasing and mobility services. The capital will fund small-business leasing, launch operational leasing for individual consumers, and widen its network of importers and dealers.
By the numbers: Moov reported 2025 revenue of 189.9 million lei, more than double 2024, while total assets reached 535.8 million lei. The company is among the fastest-growing players in Romania's operational leasing market.
Why now? The facility is structured as a Sustainability-Linked Loan, tying financing terms to environmental and social targets. "Creşterea plafonului de finanţare de la 110 milioane de euro la 187 milioane de euro reprezintă o confirmare a încrederii pe care partenerii noştri bancari o acordă modelului nostru de business," founders Mircea Dihel and Bogdan Speteanu said.
The signal: The step-up from €110 million to €187 million points to bank confidence in a market where mobility is increasingly treated as a service rather than ownership. For an entrepreneurial firm barely three years old, a syndicated facility of this scale marks a shift from startup to established lender.
