Zenity raises $125M to secure enterprises' AI agents
What's the deal? Israeli cybersecurity startup Zenity has raised $125 million in a Series C round led by Norwest Venture Partners. The company, which builds a platform for securing AI agents, now has roughly $185 million in total funding.

The fine print: The round is almost entirely primary capital, with a small secondary component worth around $10 million that lets some employees and founders sell shares.

The endgame: Zenity plans to use the capital to accelerate global expansion as it scales its business.
The signal: As companies push AI agents into production, security for those agents is emerging as its own market — and investors are moving early to fund the startups building it.
