Founded in August 2025 by Edmee Moreira, Danrley Morais, and Mariana Pastorelli, the Brazilian startup builds a platform to create, integrate, operate, and govern AI agents inside large companies.

What's the endgame? Runflow describes its product as a management layer for enterprise AI agents, letting clients set roles, permissions, goals, performance indicators, and governance policies while keeping humans in the loop. The platform currently oversees more than 500 agents running roughly 250 million executions a month, and it connects to systems like ERPs, CRMs, and databases via more than 150 connectors.

What's the money for? The capital will mainly fund the expansion of Runflow's Forward Deployed Engineers team, which identifies processes, deploys agents, integrates corporate systems, and tracks performance. The company also plans to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams and deepen its work with large enterprises.

The startup says monthly recurring revenue has grown more than tenfold since its founding, with an average three-month payback on projects. Its target is R$100 million in annual recurring revenue by 2027.

By the numbers: Runflow cites early results with clients including PX Ativos Judiciais, where an agent doubled sales conversion without added staff, and Grupo Osten, which cut a team from seven to two people while lifting test-drive conversion 30%. At Vero Internet, automation reportedly saved more than R$2 million in overtime.

"We are creating a kind of HR for AI agents," said Edmee Moreira, cofounder and chief executive officer. "In large companies, it is not enough to have a model answer questions; you need to manage these agents like digital employees, with governance and accountability for the outcome."

The signal: The round sits in the upper half of comparable deals by size, and investors frame agent governance as core infrastructure. "The orchestration of AI agents will be one of the most relevant infrastructures of the next decade," said Hida Lambros, partner at Honey Island Capital, pointing to the shift from isolated AI models to integrated agent ecosystems that companies must coordinate, monitor, and govern at scale.
