Dapta acquires Beezion to power its sales AI across Latin America

What's the deal? Colombian AI sales-agent company DaptaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired BeezionDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a paid media agency it had worked with for over two years. The transaction closed in late May 2026 and fully absorbed Beezion's team into Dapta's operation. Terms were not disclosed.

What's the endgame? The deal turns demand generation into an in-house capability for Dapta. Founder Nicolás Rojas said the company acquired Beezion so its talent could work "exclusively" on Dapta "without the limitations of a traditional client-agency relationship."

Who's who? Beezion, founded by Alejandro Sarmiento, generated more than $10 million in campaign-attributable revenue for clients and helped build over $100 million in commercial pipeline for startups including Finkargo, Treble, and Bink. Sarmiento now takes on the global head of growth role at Dapta.

Why now? The two companies already knew each other's product, audiences, and commercial strategy, cutting the usual integration risk of starting from scratch. Dapta reported growth above 20% and passed 70,000 monthly active users in the first month after the merger.

By the numbers: Dapta now serves more than 187,000 users across 24 countries and books over 1,000 demos a month in Latin America and the US. It produces more than 550 organic posts monthly and uses its own AI agents to call, qualify, and schedule meetings with leads.

The signal: The acquisition reflects how AI sales startups are internalising growth functions to scale faster. As Sarmiento put it, "the discussion is no longer whether this technology will transform sales, but how quickly companies will be willing to adopt it."
