The company disclosed the purchase of 3,547,176 shares on July 29, 2026, with payment due July 31.
How is it structured? The deal combines ₩7.9 billion in newly issued third-party shares with ₩1.7 billion bought from existing shareholders. The new shares inject fresh capital into Kuoca Skin, while the rest transfers ownership from current holders.
