Revspot lands $4.8M Series A, more than tripling its previous raise

What's the deal? Revspot, an AI-native platform that automates qualified pipeline generation for high-ticket B2C businesses, has raised $4.8 million in Series A funding. The step-up: The Series A is a sharp increase on Revspot's $1.4 million seed round, raised in late 2024 and led by Info Edge Ventures and Titan Capital, with angel investor Kunal Shah. The Bengaluru company has more than tripled its prior raise.

What's the endgame? Founded in 2024 by Darshan Subash, Chirag Wadhera, and Varun Garg, Revspot combines lead generation and lead qualification into one system. Its platform ties together consumer intelligence, acquisition workflows, campaign analytics, lead enrichment, Voice AI, and WhatsApp-led engagement to help businesses identify buyers and hand sales teams clearer opportunities.

What's the money for? The funding will deepen product and engineering in India, strengthen its buyer-intelligence and AI qualification infrastructure, expand into new high-ticket B2C sectors, and build a presence in selected international markets.

Revspot currently serves more than 50 customers across real estate, education, automotive, and wealth management, and is expanding into broader BFSI categories. It is also developing Spot, an orchestration platform for qualified-pipeline workflows.

Why it matters? Chief executive officer and co-founder Subash framed the problem: "Companies spend heavily to generate enquiries, but continue to lose significant time and money between finding the right buyer and handing sales a real opportunity."

The signal: Investors see room for a new category in B2C revenue technology. "Qualified pipeline generation is a large and fundamental problem for high-ticket B2C businesses," said Murali Krishna Gunturu, partner at Inflexor Ventures, pointing to Revspot's potential "to define an important new category."
