EQT raises Perpetual buyout offer to A$2.6B (US$1.8B)

The terms: EQT's revised offer of A$22.50 per share is about 2% above its prior A$22.07 bid made in early July 2026. Perpetual's board said it has not yet formed a view on the merits of the further indicative proposal and is making no recommendation to shareholders for now.
