MV Group buys Lyon's ReCom in its 13th deal to close the sales gap

What's the deal? MV GroupDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, an independent Rennes-based data and digital marketing group, has acquired ReComDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Lyon-based B2B sales prospecting agency. Announced on 6 July 2026, it marks the group's thirteenth acquisition since 2010.

What each side brings: MV Group posted €80 million in revenue in 2025 and employs 350 people across seven subsidiaries. Founded in 2013, ReCom has around 50 employees and generates €3 million in revenue, supporting clients through telesales, social selling, email marketing, and a data-driven approach.

What's the endgame? ReCom fills what MV Group calls a missing link in its value chain: turning a lead into a qualified sales meeting. Until now, the group covered marketing strategy and digital acquisition but not direct sales prospecting in-house.

The deal lets MV Group offer clients end-to-end support, from traffic generation to booking meetings with qualified prospects. It also takes the group's Lyon headcount to 80 people, strengthening its footprint in south-eastern France.

Why now? The acquisition fits into MV Group's Olympe 2030 strategic plan, which sets its development trajectory for the coming years. Founder Jean-Michel Berjaud will remain at the head of ReCom to support its integration into the group, chaired by Olivier Méril.

The signal: The move reflects a broader trend in digital marketing, where integrated groups combine complementary expertise to offer SME and mid-cap clients an end-to-end service. These clients increasingly prefer a single point of contact steering the whole acquisition journey, from data to sales conversion, over juggling multiple specialist providers.
