What's the deal? Bengaluru-based NeuralKartDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has raised INR 2.35 crore ($273,000) in a seed round led by Inflection Point VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The AI-insurtech startup automates enterprise workflows for insurers and industrial safety teams.

What's the endgame? NeuralKart wants to build "the decisioning layer for risk," running two platforms. InsureMind reads an insurer's own product prospectus to automate underwriting, claims, renewals, and audits; FieldSense uses computer vision on drone, CCTV, and sensor data to flag unsafe conditions on industrial sites in real time.

The two connect: FieldSense's field outputs feed back into underwriting and claims, linking what happens on the ground to how risk is priced.

Where's the money going? Toward product development and AI/ML engineering across both platforms, customer acquisition, go-to-market expansion, and working capital.

Traction: NeuralKart says it has earned revenue from paying enterprise customers since inception and holds a 100% retention rate. It works with general insurers and industrial risk firms, and has a co-development partnership for FieldSense.

The founding team of four brings over 60 years of combined experience. Chief executive officer Manoj Raju has 15-plus years in AI and enterprise tech; chief operating officer Srigopal Gopisetty adds over 24 years in insurance.

Investor view: "The future of insurance will be driven by intelligent automation, where AI enhances underwriting, claims processing, and risk assessment," said Dimple Mirchandani, senior vice president at Inflection Point Ventures. The firm has invested over INR 900 crore across 280-plus startups, backing 16 in the first quarter of 2026 alone.

The signal: Insurers are increasingly turning to AI to speed up manual, rules-heavy processes like underwriting and claims. NeuralKart's bet is that tying real-world field data to pricing decisions can make that automation both faster and more accountable.
