What does ArisGlobal do? The company runs a regulated AI platform covering regulatory affairs, safety, quality, and medical affairs. It serves more than 200 clients — including half of the top 50 global biopharma players — and processes over 12 million patient safety reports each year.
What's the endgame? Dassault plans to combine ArisGlobal's real-world patient data with its own expertise in research, clinical development, and production. The goal is what it calls "the first unified intelligence platform" for the sector, linking molecule, patient, and real-world results across the therapeutic lifecycle.
The numbers: ArisGlobal employs more than 1,300 people and expects revenue of $175 million in 2026. Its NavaX AI platform delivers productivity gains of more than 30%, according to the company, by automating complex processes in regulated production environments.
Why now? The compliance market is expected to grow at a double-digit rate to reach $7.5 billion by 2030, with software and AI taking a rising share of total spending. Dassault is framing the deal as part of its broader push into industrial AI.
The signal: The acquisition reflects how established software vendors are buying regulated, data-heavy AI platforms rather than building them, positioning to deliver clinical-grade AI at scale as pharma and medtech firms move automation deeper into their critical operations.
