What's the endgame? The suite centres on Alex, a virtual care manager that handles patient education, appointment scheduling, and data collection across tens of thousands of patients at once, alerting care teams when human intervention is needed. Alex runs on Health Endeavors' OmniView platform, which builds patient profiles from insurance claims, medical histories, and social determinants of health.

The suite also includes MedPearl, a clinical decision-support library built with Providence Health that gives clinicians evidence-based guidance at the point of care and acts as a safeguard for Alex's interactions.

Why now? Decathlon framed the investment as a bet on value-based care, which ties provider payment to patient outcomes rather than volume. "Our unified intelligence platform delivers precise, hyper-personalized solutions that maximize efficiency, quality, and impact," said chief executive officer David Derrick.

Matt Hoffman, managing director at Decathlon, said Health Endeavors turns data into actionable insights that help providers deliver quality care, aligning with the firm's focus on prevention-focused healthcare.

The signal: With more than 16 years in the field, over two million patients served, and partners including Novant HealthDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and Providence, Health Endeavors is scaling AI-driven patient engagement as value-based care models gain ground across the US.
