Tenet raises US$1.1M in upsized placement to relaunch its business hub

What's the deal? Tenet Fintech Group has closed a non-brokered private placement for US$1.1M, issuing 30 million common shares at US$0.04 each. The Toronto-based analytics company, which owns and operates the CubelerDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Business Hub, first announced the raise on July 13, 2026.

Why now? The placement was upsized from an original target of US$880K to give Tenet "a little more financial cushion" as it prepares to bring its data-derived products to North America.

What's the endgame? Tenet plans to use the net proceeds to relaunch the Cubeler Business Hub, making it available to small and medium-sized enterprises in the US and Canada at the same time. Integration of Chinese SMEs is set to follow, with recruitment of Chinese import and export firms already underway since early July.

No insiders took part in the placement. Finders who helped raise the funds received a cash fee equal to 5% of the gross proceeds. The shares carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day.

The signal: The quick top-up — closed within days of the initial announcement — points to a company moving fast to fund a specific launch rather than a broad war chest. For Tenet, the modest raise ties directly to a single goal: getting the Cubeler Business Hub live across two markets and linking North American SMEs to international trade partners.
