Ceek Women's Health files to raise $27M for redesigned speculum line

What's the deal? Ceek Women's Health is raising up to $27 million in new funding, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The notice, dated July 2026, discloses an exempt offering of securities under Regulation D.

What's the endgame? The women-led company builds gynaecological tools designed around patient comfort. Its Nella line includes the NuSpec, a redesigned vaginal speculum; the VuSleeve, a single-use sheath; and the VuLight, a single-use LED illuminator.

Why it matters: Ceek frames its work around a gap it says persists in women's health, arguing that advances in the field "continue to lag far behind those seen in other healthcare fields." The company says its goal is to redesign the exam-room experience for both patients and providers.

The fine print: A Regulation D notice signals a company has sold, or begun selling, securities without registering them publicly. Issuers must file within 15 days of the first sale. The filing does not name investors or confirm a valuation.

The signal: The raise points to continued investor appetite for femtech and medical devices aimed at underserved areas of care — a niche where product design, not just clinical function, is increasingly the pitch.
