How is it structured? On the Dahrouge side, DG Resource Management holds 14,165,388 shares and Dahrouge a further 400,000 directly. Denniss acted through two vehicles, Hale Court Holdings Pty Ltd and Evans Leap Holdings Pty Ltd. Both parties filed substantial holder notices under section 671B of the Corporations Act 2001, crossing the threshold on 17 July 2026.
