EonArk raises $14M in back-to-back seed rounds for AI longevity platform

What's the deal? Chinese AI biotechnology startup EonArk (无尽方舟) has raised nearly 100m CNY ($14m) across a seed and a seed+ round, both closed within a single month in mid-2026. Who led? Monolith, Boyu Capital and Nine Chapters Capital joined the initial seed round. Nine Chapters Capital then led the seed+ round, with Monolith and Boyu Capital reinvesting and Starlink Capital coming on as a new participant.

What's the endgame? Shenzhen-based EonArk is building a longevity foundation model that treats ageing as an engineering problem, learning conserved ageing signatures from cross-species, single-cell data to find regulatable drug targets. Founder and chief executive Si Zhao holds a PhD in AI for medicine from the University of Oxford.

Why now? The fresh capital will fund research advancement and team expansion, according to the company, as corporate and venture backers on the Chinese mainland chase breakthroughs where artificial intelligence meets life sciences.
