Its services span engineering design, construction oversight, consulting, and local law compliance. Verdantas employs more than 2,540 professionals nationwide.
What's the endgame? The acquisition expands Verdantas' engineering and sustainability capabilities across the built environment. It also adds what CEO Jesse Kropelnicki called "a significant New York City presence" — a market where building performance regulations are tightening.
Why now? EN-POWER brings deep experience helping clients navigate evolving building performance rules, particularly in complex urban markets. Kropelnicki said the firm's "practical, engineering-driven approach to energy efficiency and sustainability directly complements our work in the energy transition market."
