IUF acquires UK AV integrator Project Audio Visual

The business and assets changed hands through a pre-pack administration. PAV, founded in Reading in 2002, specialises in audio-visual solutions and Microsoft Teams Rooms for corporate and workplace environments, and now becomes part of IUF Workplaces, a new division focused on connected workplace environments.

Why this target? IUF chose PAV for its reputation in the UK AV sector and its specialist solutions for corporate, workplace, and built-environment projects. The fit gives IUF deeper capability in workplace integration.

What changes for customers? The pre-pack process protects continuity for customers and partners through the transition. "Existing customers can have confidence in our scale, international reach, and managed service capability," said Josh Bunce, chief executive officer of IUF.

PAV's leadership framed the move as an expansion of what it can offer. "As we become part of IUF, we're able to give clients and partners continuity, while opening new opportunities through the wider digital, international and managed services available within the business," said Steve Hudson, chief operating officer of Project Audio Visual.

The bigger push: For IUF, the deal marks a further step in its European expansion. The company opened a Hamburg office under Thorsten Wien in February 2026.

The signal: The acquisition points to consolidation across the ProAV and digital signage market, as providers add integration and managed services to serve workplace clients across borders.
