INVENTIA Kinetics raises €5M in venture debt from Inveready for aerospace push

What's the deal? Spain's INVENTIA Kinetics has secured €5 million in venture debt from InvereadyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, its new financial partner. The financing was structured through Inveready Venture Finance IV Trainera, with Singular BankDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →'s Corporate Advisory Group intermediating the deal.

The company: Founded in 2002, INVENTIA is a Madrid- and Seville-based firm delivering turnkey engineering, automation, and industrialisation projects for the aerospace and defence sectors. It employs more than 85 people and runs its own industrial facilities, including an ISO-8 clean room for satellite integration.

What's the money for? The debt is meant to strengthen the company's financial capacity rather than fund technology directly. It will help INVENTIA take on larger, simultaneous projects and manage the working capital needs of long-cycle contracts.

The company counts Airbus Group, ARIANE Group, and the European Space Agency among its collaborators. Inveready's backing supports a growth roadmap spanning the next three to five years.

Why now? "What we needed was to strengthen our financial capacity to take on larger and more complex projects," said José Antonio García Gallego, chief executive officer and founder of INVENTIA Kinetics. Gerardo Redondo, director of investments at Inveready, called the firm "a leading company in a strategic sector, with enormous growth potential."

The signal: The deal reflects rising European investment in aerospace and defence capabilities, alongside a policy push to help smaller firms scale into Small Mid-Cap and Mid-Cap categories. That momentum is drawing debt financing toward established industrial players positioned to grow.
