What does each company do? RetireWell provides retirement plan administration and consulting to businesses, advisors, and plan sponsors, known for hands-on service from experienced professionals. FSG is the parent of PCS Retirement, AdvisorTrust, Aspire, ABGRM, and DWC, covering recordkeeping, compliance, actuarial services, trust and custody, and investment advisory.
Why now? RetireWell is FSG's third TPA acquisition of 2026, coming just two weeks after its most recent addition. The company plans to integrate RetireWell's operations with DWC, its TPA business.
What's the endgame? FSG is expanding its national capabilities by buying firms with strong client relationships and specialised expertise. "Their team is widely respected for solving the hard problems advisors and plan sponsors bring them, and that fits squarely with how we serve clients," said Scott David, chief executive officer of FSG.
What changes for clients? RetireWell says its service model stays intact under new ownership. "Joining DWC and FSG lets us keep delivering that — now backed by broader capabilities and long-term support," said Anthony L. Scialabba, president and chief executive officer of RetireWell.
