Quick Soft buys RGBtec in second deal in two months ahead of e-invoice rollout

What's the deal? Brazilian financial technology company Quick SoftDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired RGBtecDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for receivables-backed investment funds (FIDCs), securitisation firms, and factoring companies. Deal terms were not disclosed.

What each company does: Quick Soft builds technology for the receivables financing and structured credit market. RGBtec supplies management software to the same ecosystem of funds and factoring operators.

Why now? The purchase is Quick Soft's second in two months, following its acquisition of Finanblue in May 2026. It comes as Brazil's market prepares for the rollout of the electronic duplicata (duplicata escritural), a digital trade-receivable instrument.

What's the endgame? The back-to-back deals point to a consolidation push, expanding Quick Soft's product range across the receivables and structured credit chain ahead of the regulatory shift.

The signal: The digitisation of trade receivables is reshaping Brazil's credit infrastructure, and technology providers are buying to position for it. Quick Soft's dual acquisitions suggest the race to serve funds and factoring firms is intensifying before the new standard takes hold.
