Mylerz raises $2M to expand Egypt's e-commerce logistics network

What's the deal? Egyptian logistics startup Mylerz has raised more than $2 million (EGP100 million) in a late VC round led by Lorax Capital PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, with participation from Fawry and existing investors. The debt-and-equity financing will strengthen its balance sheet, fund working capital, and expand its logistics infrastructure across Egypt.

What's the endgame? Founded in 2019 by Samer Gharaibeh, Mylerz offers end-to-end e-commerce logistics, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery, backed by a technology platform that lets merchants manage shipments and operations. The new capital targets fulfilment capacity, network expansion, and continued investment in its same-day and next-day delivery technology.

Why now? The company says it wants to serve growing volumes in Egypt's e-commerce and cross-border trade channels. The round follows Mylerz's $9.6 million raise in 2022.

"Egypt remains the heart of our operations, and this capital allows us to invest with conviction in the infrastructure, technology, and people that keep us delivering for our merchants and their customers every day," said Gharaibeh, chief executive officer of Mylerz.

The signal: Backing from existing shareholders and a strategic player like Fawry points to steady confidence in Egyptian e-commerce infrastructure, even as regional funding stays cautious. MENA startups raised $1.7 billion in the first half of 2026 despite regional uncertainty.
