What's the deal? Advisory firm CroweDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired c)solutionsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Bunnik-based (Utrecht) specialist in digital collaboration built on Microsoft tools such as Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams. Ten Microsoft specialists from c)solutions will join Crowe's existing team of IT consultants in Eindhoven. Terms were not disclosed.

What's the endgame? The deal supports Crowe's ambition to position itself as a broad technology partner for small and medium-sized businesses and large corporate clients. Within its Crowe Technology division, the firm bundles IT, data, AI, cybersecurity and business software into one integrated offering.

Why now? "The demand for integrated technology, data and AI solutions is growing strongly," said Geert Rademakers, director of ACA IT-Solutions. He added that c)solutions broadens Crowe's Microsoft expertise across both the public and private sectors.

What changes for customers? c)solutions previously focused on digital collaboration within Microsoft 365. Its clients can now access a wider range of services spanning IT, finance and HR, according to director Marcel Croonen.

What else is new? Crowe is also restructuring its brand. Subsidiary ACA IT-Solutions, part of the group for decades, will operate under the name Crowe IT Solutions in the second half of 2026. The firm says existing clients will see no change to current services.

The signal: The acquisition reflects a wider push among advisory firms to consolidate IT, data and AI capabilities under one roof as clients seek integrated technology partners rather than point solutions.
