What does ISI do? ISI Analytics turns complex collaboration data into operational intelligence, letting IT teams monitor Microsoft Teams, Cisco, and Webex calling environments. Its tools flag communications issues before they hit users and track adoption to help firms get more from their platform investments.
Why now? As organisations embrace hybrid work and AI-powered productivity tools, visibility into communications platforms has become critical. "Organizations are rapidly transforming the way they collaborate, and AI is accelerating that evolution," said Jason Forehand, chief executive officer of ISI Analytics.
What's the endgame? PartnerOne says the deal gives ISI more resources to speed product innovation and expand its lead in collaboration analytics. The buyer plans to invest in AI-enabled capabilities and product development while keeping ISI's existing products, team, and customer relationships intact.
