What's the endgame? The deal deepens SoftServe's global footprint and its capacity to run large-scale transformation programs. NewVision CEO Kapil Godani said the combined firm can "accelerate AI initiatives with confidence" while keeping its "hands-on partnership."
SoftServe employs more than 10,000 people across 15 countries. NewVision's leadership — including Godani and COO Balan Ramaswamy — will stay on, providing continuity for clients and staff.
