NovaPay registers 15th bond issue, raising UAH 200M for lending push
What's the deal? Ukrainian fintech NovaPayDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has registered its 15th corporate bond issue, worth UAH 200 million (about $4.5 million), with Ukraine's National Securities and Stock Market Commission. Proceeds from the Series O bonds will fund the company's financial services and lending products.
The terms: Each bond carries a nominal value of UAH 1,000 and a fixed annual yield of up to 18%. Investors can buy them through NovaPay's mobile app; at maturity, they receive the principal back while accrued interest goes to their bank card.
Why bonds? The issue lets NovaPay raise capital without diluting its ownership structure. "The registration of the new issue will allow the company to continue raising capital to scale its financial services and lending programmes," said Yana Levada, retail business development director.
The track record: NovaPay has run its public bond programme since 2023, placing 15 issues, two of which are fully redeemed. More than 8,000 clients hold its bonds, and total investment in the instrument has passed UAH 4 billion. The company carries a uaAA credit rating from Standard-Rating.
By the numbers: NovaPay's 2025 revenue rose to more than UAH 10 billion, up from UAH 9.1 billion a year earlier, while net assets grew 26% to UAH 7.3 billion from UAH 6.2 billion. Net profit declined, however, which chief financial officer Andrii Prykhodko attributed to a higher tax burden and increased charitable contributions to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The backstory: Founded in 2013 as an in-house financial service for the Nova PoshtaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → delivery group, NovaPay is now one of Ukraine's largest non-bank financial players. Its app processes about 85 million transactions a year.
The signal: Recurring bond issues have become a reliable funding channel for NovaPay, letting it expand digital financial products in a wartime economy while keeping investor appetite steady.
