Everflow raises £44m to expand UK footprint and grow 250-strong team

What does it do? Founded in 2015 as an intermediary between water wholesalers and commercial customers, Everflow has since grown into a multi-utility provider serving more than 120,000 premises.
Why now? The company has posted 30% year-on-year growth over the past three years. Chief executive Craig Dallison called the raise an "exciting inflection point for Everflow."
What's the endgame? The money will fund UK expansion, diversification into new sectors through customer growth and M&A, and additions to its 250-strong team.
It will also accelerate the firm's digital transformation, including AI adoption across internal processes and further work on Evie, Everflow's modular platform that unifies its services in one system.
The signal: The deal is one of the largest to complete in the North East so far this year. It follows BGF's £3bn commitment, announced in 2025, to back high-potential UK companies over the following five years.
