TOWR extends Rp 1.5T revolving credit line with Bank Mizuho to 2027

What's the deal? PT Sarana Menara NusantaraDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → (TOWR), the Djarum GroupDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → telecom-infrastructure firm, has extended a revolving loan facility of up to Rp 1.5 trillion (about $83 million) with PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia. The amended agreement was signed on July 10 and runs through July 11, 2027.

What are the terms? The maximum loan value stays at Rp 1.5 trillion; the change only extends the facility's tenor. The deal amends a revolving loan agreement originally dated December 9, 2022.

Who's involved? Six TOWR subsidiaries act as borrowers, including PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), PT Iforte Solusi Infotek, PT Solusi Tunas Pratama, and PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera. Protelindo provides a corporate guarantee covering all obligations under the agreement.

Why now? The extension lets TOWR preserve funding flexibility to support group operations and liquidity management, without changing the agreed credit ceiling.

What could go wrong? In its disclosure to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), TOWR flagged the deal as an affiliated transaction, as it involves controlled companies at least 99% owned by the listed firm. Company secretary Monalisa Irawan said it carries no material negative impact on "operations, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity."

The signal: Extending rather than expanding the facility points to a defensive treasury posture — locking in flexibility over the medium term while holding leverage flat, a cautious stance from one of Indonesia's largest tower operators.
