Valsoft's Manos buys Boston field service platform Dispatch

What's the deal? Canada's Valsoft Corporation has acquired Dispatch, a Boston-based field service software platform, through its wholly owned subsidiary Manos Software Group. Terms were not disclosed. Dispatch will keep operating autonomously, with its leadership team and employees remaining in place.

What each side does: Valsoft acquires and develops vertical market software businesses for the long term. Dispatch, founded in 2013, connects enterprise service brands, their third-party contractors, and customers on a single platform, centralising scheduling, communication, and job data, then syncing it back to a brand's existing CRM or field service system.

What's in the package? Since 2022, Dispatch has also owned YourekaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Salesforce-native mobile forms platform that guides field workers through inspections and captures structured data online or offline. Youreka serves manufacturing, energy and utilities, healthcare, and public sector customers.

The rationale: Manos wants to deepen its field service portfolio and invest in the product, including AI. "Field service is a market we know well and continue to invest in, and Dispatch builds directly on the expertise Manos has developed across the portfolio," said Joe Farruggia, managing partner at Manos Software Group.

What changes for customers? Little, at least immediately. Dispatch keeps its brand, team, and culture, gaining shared expertise, operational support, and long-term investment from the Valsoft ecosystem. "What makes this the right home is that Manos already knows field service deeply," said David Morland, chief executive officer at Dispatch.

The signal: The deal reflects Valsoft's serial buy-and-hold strategy across vertical software, folding a niche enterprise platform into a decentralised operating group rather than absorbing it. For founders, it points to acquirers positioning as permanent homes — betting that mission-critical, hard-to-build software with sticky enterprise customers stays durable once acquired.
