Elevatic to buy France's Elements, betting big on Atlassian's ecosystem

What's the deal? Elevatic Software GmbH, part of Germany's Communardo Group, has entered a put option agreement to acquire ElementsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a French Atlassian Marketplace vendor headquartered in Toulouse. The move adds service management to Elevatic's portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed.

What do they do? Elements specialises in IT Service Management and Data Connectivity for Jira and Jira Service Management, helping large organisations connect data and orchestrate workflows. Co-led by Julie d'Antin and Christophe Promé, it serves enterprise customers worldwide.

The deal positions Elevatic as the leading European Atlassian Marketplace vendor of scale, offering customers an integrated platform across three areas: Knowledge & Work Management, Developer Experience, and Service Management. For Elements, joining means greater scale and resources to accelerate product investment and international expansion.

Try Dealroom →, the largest mid-cap investor headquartered in the DACH region with over €7 billion in assets under management. The acquisition advances its buy-and-build strategy in the Atlassian ecosystem.

"Enterprise customers need Atlassian Marketplace vendors who go deep on the verticals they serve and can deliver at scale," said d'Antin, co-chief executive officer at Elements. "The cultural fit is strong, the portfolios genuinely complementary."

Clipperton advised Elements' shareholders as exclusive financial adviser.

The signal: Private equity is steadily consolidating the third-party software layer built around Atlassian's tools. As enterprises lean on marketplace vendors to extend Jira, backers like Bregal are assembling multi-product platforms to capture more of the customer journey.
